These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all websites, services, programs, memberships, events, and digital products offered under our family of brands, including but not limited to Speakers Playhouse, Podapalooza, Keynoting Kamp, and the Influencers Cruise (collectively, “Services”).
By accessing our websites or purchasing any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Your access to or use of our Services constitutes your binding agreement to these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered members, purchasers, and participants.

3. Eligibility
Our Services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are accessing our Services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
4. Account Registration & Accuracy
Certain Services require account creation or registration. You agree to:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with the Services purchased. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, or transmit any content without our prior written consent.
- Distribute, sell, license, or otherwise exploit content for commercial purposes.
- Create derivative works or modify any content without express written authorization.
- Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from any content.
Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in immediate termination of access and may expose you to legal liability.
6. Confidentiality
In the course of participating in our programs, masterminds, or community platforms, you may be exposed to confidential and proprietary information belonging to Entrepreneurs Rocket Fuel, LLC or fellow participants. This may include, but is not limited to, business strategies, templates, frameworks, financial information, personal disclosures shared in group settings, and internal processes.
You agree to:
- Keep all such information strictly confidential.
- Not disclose, share, reproduce, or use such information outside the program or for any purpose other than your personal participation.
- Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants.
This confidentiality obligation survives the termination or expiration of your participation or access.
7. User Conduct
You agree to use our Services lawfully, respectfully, and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You will not:
- Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, threatening, or otherwise harmful.
- Engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with other users’ use of our platforms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our systems or networks.
- Use our platforms for spam, phishing, or any deceptive or misleading communications.
- Violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international laws or regulations.
We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any user’s access for violations of this section, at our sole discretion.
8. Payments & Billing
By purchasing any of our Services, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method for the applicable fees. You agree to:
- Provide a valid and current payment method.
- Maintain and update your billing information as needed.
- Pay all charges in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access to the relevant Service. Any disputed charges must be reported to us within 30 days of the charge.
9. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal
Certain Services, including memberships, are offered on a subscription basis. Unless you cancel prior to the end of your current billing period:
- Your subscription will automatically renew at the then-current rate.
- Your payment method on file will be charged for the renewal period.
You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time by visiting: https://checkingout.thrivecart.com/updateinfo/. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access through that date.
In compliance with the FTC’s Click-to-Cancel Rule, we provide an easy and accessible cancellation mechanism for all subscription-based Services.
10. Cancellations & Refund Policy
10.1 Digital Products & Events
All sales of digital products, event tickets, workshops, and masterclasses are final and non-refundable unless a specific money-back guarantee is explicitly stated on the applicable sales page.
10.2 Memberships
Memberships may be canceled at any time through your billing portal. No refunds will be issued for the current or any prior billing cycle. Access continues through the end of the paid period.
10.3 Courses & Coaching Programs
All course and coaching program sales are final unless a written money-back guarantee is expressly stated at the time of purchase. Any guarantee terms are governed solely by what is stated on the relevant sales page.

11. Affiliate & Referral Disclosures
Entrepreneurs Rocket Fuel, LLC and its affiliated brands may participate in affiliate marketing programs or referral arrangements. This means we may earn a commission or compensation when you click on links to third-party products or services and make a purchase. These arrangements do not affect the price you pay.
In accordance with the FTC’s Endorsement Guides, all material connections between us and any recommended products, services, or partners will be clearly disclosed. Any such disclosure will appear in proximity to the relevant content or link.
Our recommendations are based on our genuine assessment of value and quality. We only affiliate with products and services we believe may benefit our community.
12. No Guarantee of Results
We make no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding specific results, outcomes, income, or success from participating in our programs or using our Services. Individual results vary significantly based on factors including but not limited to personal effort, experience, market conditions, and other variables outside our control.
Testimonials and case studies shared on our websites represent individual experiences and are not intended to imply typical or guaranteed outcomes. Past results are not indicative of future performance.

Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms including ThriveCart, Stripe, PayPal, ActiveCampaign, Zoom, and others. Your use of any third-party service is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of third-party services.

14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Entrepreneurs Rocket Fuel, LLC, its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:
- Your use of or access to our Services.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Any content you submit, post, or transmit through our platforms.
15. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ENTREPRENEURS ROCKET FUEL, LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
16. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our Services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at Support@EntrepreneursRocketFuel.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days.
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), on an individual basis. Class action lawsuits and class-wide arbitrations are expressly waived.
Any arbitration shall take place in Broward County, Florida, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Judgment upon the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For any matters not subject to arbitration, the parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction in the state and federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and any specific program or purchase agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Entrepreneurs Rocket Fuel, LLC with respect to your use of our Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings.
20. Force Majeure
Entrepreneurs Rocket Fuel, LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations — including the cancellation, postponement, or modification of any live or virtual event — where such failure or delay results from causes beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemic or public health emergency, government orders or restrictions, venue closure or unavailability, travel disruptions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, power or internet outages, or any other event outside our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”).
In the event of a Force Majeure Event affecting a paid event or program, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide an alternative format (such as virtual delivery). Refunds will only be issued where explicitly stated in the applicable event’s refund policy. Participants acknowledge that certain events involve third-party venues, travel, and logistics outside our direct control, and agree that Entrepreneurs Rocket Fuel, LLC is not responsible for personal costs incurred (including travel, accommodation, or related expenses) in connection with a Force Majeure Event.
21. Recording, Photography & Media Consent
By registering for or participating in any live, in-person, or virtual event, program, mastermind, or community platform offered by Entrepreneurs Rocket Fuel, LLC, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Events and sessions may be recorded (audio and/or video) for internal use, program delivery, marketing, promotional purposes, or future program content.
- Your image, likeness, voice, and name may appear in photographs, video recordings, or other media captured during events.
- You grant Entrepreneurs Rocket Fuel, LLC a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such recordings and media across any platform or medium, including but not limited to our websites, social media channels, course materials, and promotional content.
- You waive any right to compensation or approval in connection with such use.
If you do not wish to be recorded or photographed, it is your responsibility to notify us in writing prior to the event at Support@EntrepreneursRocketFuel.com. We will make reasonable accommodations where feasible, but cannot guarantee that incidental capture in group settings can be avoided.
22. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. We will indicate the updated effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
